North Coast Networks is continuing to experience an issue with one of our access points, affecting service to some customers in the Anderson Valley area.
Our technicians have determined that the outage was caused by a power surge to one of our devices.

Good news! Our technicians and tower climbers were able to repair the Access Point that was damaged during the recent storm.
The repairs were completed around 2:30pm at which point all users should be able to get back online.

As of Tuesday morning, our technicians have resumed work on the storm-damaged access point and are working to restore service as quickly as possible.
However, as you can see from the attached picture, conditions at the site have made it difficult to keep working...
