As of Tuesday morning, our technicians have resumed work on the storm-damaged access point and are working to restore service as quickly as possible.
However, as you can see from the attached picture, conditions at the site have made it difficult to keep working on the tower.
Warmer weather is causing chunks of ice to melt and fall off the tower, making it unsafe for our workers to climb. We are still hoping that conditions will allow tower climbing later today.
Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience while we work through this issue. We are making every effort to get service restored as quickly as possible!
