North Coast Networks is continuing to experience an issue with one of our access points, affecting service to some customers in the Anderson Valley area.
Our technicians have determined that the outage was caused by a power surge to one of our devices.
The attempts made to repair the issue have so far been unsuccessful so our technicians are now working on a complete replacement of the damaged infrastructure.
