We have noted slower than normal speeds at various points on our network over the last several days.
The issue appears to be intermittent, but we are doing all we can to normalize service for all our customers as soon as possible.
We performed emergency maintenance on the network on Thursday throughout the day, and again on Friday morning from 1:00am - 4:30am.
An additional maintenance window has been scheduled for Saturday from 1:00am - 4:00am.
During this window their may be some interruptions in service. We will do everything we can to minimize these disruptions.
