Please be advised that the management company for one of our tower sites will be performing emergency maintenance at their site on Thursday, March 17th between 8am-6pm.
Customers may experience an interruption in service for approximately 30 minutes during this window.
The management company determined that there is a faulty electrical breaker on site which is disrupting power to the entire tower. This has caused intermittent disruptions in service across our network for the past few days.
They have scheduled electricians to repair the issue on Thursday, during which time service will be interrupted for approximately 30 minutes.
