UPDATE - Intermittent Network Issue in Upperlake and Parts of Lakeport and Anderson Valley

This is an update to the intermittent network issues affecting North Coast Networks customers on June 29th.


As of 8pm Wednesday evening, we believe the issue affecting customers in these areas has been resolved. However, we will continue to monitor closely for network stability.


If you continue having an issue accessing the intermittent, please fully power cycle your dish and router by disconnecting them from their power supply for at least 30 seconds, and then plugging back in. You will then want to restart any personal computing devices such as laptops, tablets, gaming consoles, etc.

North Coast Networks has continued to experience some intermittent network issues throughout the afternoon. This is affecting customers primarily in Upperlake and parts of Lakeport and Anderson Valley


Our network technicians are working to stabilize the network to ensure that all customers are back online as soon as possible.


In the meantime, customers in the affected areas may experience temporary disruptions in service throughout the evening in to tomorrow.
