Intermittent or Slow Service Due to Severe Weather

Some customers in both Anderson Valley and Lake County are currently experiencing intermittent outages or slower than normal speeds.

This is being caused by unusually high levels of ice build up at some of the higher-elevation tower sites.

We are monitoring the situation and will dispatch service crews to the Access Points if the equipment has sustained weather damage.

There may continue to be intermittent service interruptions until the ice clears.
