Our technicians were successful in restoring service at the Access Point via a backup generator. All affected customers should be able to get back online.
PG&E estimates that primary power should be restored at approximately 11:15am today.

This morning at approximately 8am, PG&E experienced a power failure which affected the Access Point serving customers in the Ukiah, Hopland, and Yorkville areas.
Our backup power system did not not perform as anticipated so we have dispatched a technician to put the Access Point on a generator until PG&E power is restored.
We anticipate the backup generator being online at 9:30am at which point internet service should resume for the affected areas.
