This is an update to the intermittent service issues affecting some customers in Lake County.
On Thursday, January 6th at approximately 3pm, we were able to put a temporary backup in place which should allow most customers on the affected Access Point (AP) to get back online.
While arrangements are being to replace the damaged equipment, a small number of customers may continue to experience intermittent service issues.
We will update the message with the date of the repairs and the estimated time of resolution as soon as the details become available.
