Update on Clearlake Access

January 23, 2019

Our technicians are working on repairing the Clearlake Access Point (AP) and expect to have service fully restored by late Wednesday afternoon.  

 

The majority of  impacted users have already been redirected to a secondary AP so that they can remain online while the work is in progress.  

 

The secondary AP does not have idea line of sight so you may experience slower than normal speeds during the repair period.  Once the repair work is finished, users will be moved back to the primary AP.
